My name is Brigitte, I live on the island of Jersey, Channel Islands, which is part of the British Isles.

 

Having retired after thirty years of working in property

development in London, I recently discovered a passion for watercolour painting.

What I once described as my “Covid” hobby has now evolved into an exciting philanthropic initiative called “Art for Change".

My journey started by creating personalised greetings cards for family and friends. Much to my surprise, friends and acquaintances were soon

asking to purchase my cards. Starting another business was the last thing on my mind but I quickly realised that I could align my passion for

painting with my desire to give to good causes. I decided to allow friends to purchase my cards on the understanding that 100% of the profits of all

sales would be donated to charitable causes.

Art for Change supports many causes but those closest to my heart are
